Responsibilities:

Bilingual candidates are preferred.
If they speak English: no previous experience is required.
If they do not speak English: previous experience in housekeeping is required.
Hotel housekeepers perform essential cleaning tasks after a guest checks out, ensuring the room is ready for the next guest. This includes changing bed linens, polishing furniture, and maintaining a spotless appearance.
Housekeepers are also responsible for checking for any items left behind by guests and handing them over to the lost and found desk for safekeeping.
Additionally, housekeepers assess the overall condition of the room, ensuring that everything is clean and in proper working order.

Requirements:

Respond to guest request promptly and efficiently
Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and transport them to the assigned area
Enter guest rooms following proper protocols for privacy and security
Replace used amenities in guest rooms and restock as needed
Provide fresh linens and remove soiled ones
Make beds, fold linens, and ensure bathrooms are spotless
Inspect room appliances to confirm they are functioning correctly
Dust furniture and walls, and remove any smudges or marks
Perform floor care tasks in both hallways and guest rooms

Responsibilities:

Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)Greet and welcome guests.
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Check, sort and forward emails
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keep updated records and files
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
