Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations.

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and kitchen staff.

Convenient Housing & Transportation

Your stay, taken care of so you can focus on working and enjoying the experience.

  • Housing costs $1,000 per month or $250 per week and includes biweekly cleaning and all utilities (water, electricity, internet).
  • You’ll share a room with 6–7 people in a comfortable and functional environment.
  • Free daily transportation from the house to the restaurant is provided
  • You only need to get to Boston — from there, you'll take a bus and ferry to Nantucket. This route will be coordinated and covered for you, so you won’t have to worry about any additional travel expenses.
