Responsibilities:

• Serve customers at carnival food stands specializing in fast service and carry-out food (e.g., BBQ, Funnel Cakes, Curly Fries, Cotton Candy).
• Prepare food and beverages, following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Set up, stock, clean, and tear down food booths.
• Operate food concessions and provide customer service.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 20 lbs, walking, and moving items.
• Work outdoor events in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.).
• Flexibility in hours, locations, and tasks based on event schedules.
• Work schedule typically includes evening shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), with possible weekend/holiday work.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older (due to state labor laws).
• Proof of legal right to work in the U.S.
• Must work in a drug/alcohol/tobacco-free environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks (up to 20 lbs).
• No formal education requirement; on-the-job training provided.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and in varying outdoor conditions.
• Potential for random drug/alcohol testing during employment.
