CONCRETE FINISHER

Job Description & Duties

  • Operate power and hand tools to prepare concrete surfaces for finishing.
  • Pour, level, and smooth concrete surfaces using various finishing techniques, including troweling, edging, and floating.
  • Apply surface treatments, including stains, sealers, and coatings, to enhance the appearance and durability of the concrete.
  • Repair and patch damaged or defective concrete surfaces.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
  • Follow all safety regulations and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a concrete finisher, preferably in a manufacturing or construction setting.
  • Knowledge of concrete materials and their properties.
  • Familiarity with finishing techniques and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required.

    Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.

DATA NETWORK TECH

Job Description & Duties

  •  Design and install the data network infrastructure, including switches, routers, servers, and cabling systems, in accordance with industry best practices and standards.
  •  Monitor the network performance and identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure the network is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, manuals, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular network security audits and implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
  • Work with other IT staff to ensure that the data network is integrated with other company systems and applications.
  •  Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users as required. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in network administration or related field.
  • Thorough understanding of network architecture, protocols, and standards, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
  • Experience with network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
  • Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools, such as Wireshark, SNMP, and NetFlow.

Job Description & Duties

  • Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete units or subunits using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools
  • Verify conformance of work pieces to specifications using squares, rulers and measuring tapes
  • Align and fit parts according to specifications using jacks, clamps, ropes, or bolt straps in position for welding or riveting
  • Analyze engineering drawings and blueprints to determine material requirements and task sequences
  • Move parts into position by hand or utilizing cranes and hoists
  • Setup and operate fabricating devices such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, grinders, drill presses to bend, cut form, punch, drill, or otherwise form and assemble metal components
  • Hammer, chip, and grind workpieces to cut, bend, and straighten metal
  • Mark reference points onto floors or face blocks and transpose them to workpieces using measuring devices, squares, chalk, and/or soapstone
  • Remove high spots and cut bevels using hand files, portable grinders, and cutting torches
