Operate power and hand tools to prepare concrete surfaces for finishing.
Pour, level, and smooth concrete surfaces using various finishing techniques, including troweling, edging, and floating.
Apply surface treatments, including stains, sealers, and coatings, to enhance the appearance and durability of the concrete.
Repair and patch damaged or defective concrete surfaces.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
Follow all safety regulations and standards.
Communicate effectively with other team members.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a concrete finisher, preferably in a manufacturing or construction setting.
Knowledge of concrete materials and their properties.
Familiarity with finishing techniques and tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours as required.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.
Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment.
Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required.

Design and install the data network infrastructure, including switches, routers, servers, and cabling systems, in accordance with industry best practices and standards.
Monitor the network performance and identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise.
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure the network is operating efficiently and effectively.
Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, manuals, and procedures.
Conduct regular network security audits and implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
Work with other IT staff to ensure that the data network is integrated with other company systems and applications.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users as required.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in network administration or related field.
Thorough understanding of network architecture, protocols, and standards, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
Experience with network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools, such as Wireshark, SNMP, and NetFlow.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours as required.

Analyze electrical schematics, engineering drawings, specifications, work orders and material safety data sheets
Trouble shoot and problem solve all projects and assigned tasks
Operate conduit bender and threader – manual and automatic
Terminate wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or both components
Repair and/or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools or power tools
Test electrical systems for continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes to ensure compatibility and safety of system
Construct and fabricate parts using hand tools and specifications
Ensure work is in accordance with relevant codes
Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Work Experience: 5+ years of electrical installation & repair experience

Related Experience:

· Working knowledge of current NEC codes

· Read production drawings fluently and capable of laying out all electrical plans

· Modular building and/or solar installation experience

· Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

· Strong communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Work Experience: 4+ years of leadership experience

Related Experience:

· Quality control on projects

· Training & mentoring peers

· Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills

Operate conduit bender and threader – manual and automatic
Terminate wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or both components
Repair and/or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools or power tools
Test electrical systems for continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes to ensure compatibility and safety of system
Construct and fabricate parts using hand tools and specifications
Ensure work is in accordance with relevant codes
Performs other duties as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Work Experience: 3+ years of electrical installation and repair experience

Related Experience:

· Modular building and/or solar installation experience

· Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete units or subunits using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools
Verify conformance of work pieces to specifications using squares, rulers and measuring tapes
Align and fit parts according to specifications using jacks, clamps, ropes, or bolt straps in position for welding or riveting
Analyze engineering drawings and blueprints to determine material requirements and task sequences
Move parts into position by hand or utilizing cranes and hoists
Setup and operate fabricating devices such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, grinders, drill presses to bend, cut form, punch, drill, or otherwise form and assemble metal components
Hammer, chip, and grind workpieces to cut, bend, and straighten metal
Mark reference points onto floors or face blocks and transpose them to workpieces using measuring devices, squares, chalk, and/or soapstone
Remove high spots and cut bevels using hand files, portable grinders, and cutting torches
Coordinate with welders to build up low spots or short pieces with welding
Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 years welding/fitting experience
