Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and beautification tasks for outdoor areas, such as gardens, parks, and landscapes.
Dig, excavate, plant, and care for gardens, trees, shrubs, and lawns.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, hedge cutters, and chainsaws.
Clean and maintain work areas, ensuring they are free of debris and hazardous materials.
Perform tasks related to watering, fertilizing, and pest control according to established guidelines.
Assist in the preparation of sites for new landscaping projects.
Collaborate in the installation of irrigation and drainage systems in outdoor spaces.
Ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently, complying with company and local safety standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience in landscaping or gardening is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Physical stamina, as the job involves tasks requiring lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials.
Ability to work well in a team and follow direct supervision.
Commitment to workplace safety and environmental protection.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
Basic knowledge of irrigation and fertilization systems is a plus.
