Oversees daily printing and bindery operations

Manages production schedules, staffing, and workflow efficiency

Leads, trains, and coaches production teams

Ensures quality, safety, and OSHA compliance

Drives continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices

Requires 5+ years of manufacturing/printing experience with leadership background

Exempt role with flexibility based on production needs
HR Generalist

Manages day-to-day employee relations and HR policy compliance

Handles full-cycle recruiting and onboarding

Supports training, benefits, FMLA, workers’ comp, and employee records

Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience required
