Job Description & Duties

  • Work on Wax Injection Presses.
  • Prepare Sprues to assemble parts, and assemble Wax Molds.
  • All of these jobs require good inspection of the parts as well as manual dexterity.
  • A person must be quality-minded and have an eye for detail.

  • Work in a fast-paced, foundry environment learning to work with different metals.
  • Will also perform a variety of jobs throughout the melt area including furnace operation, pouring molten metal, preparing ladles, using a water blast machine, and removing casts from molds.

Job Description & Duties

  • Work in sandblast and gate grind as well as visually inspecting parts and using deburring hand tools.
  • Skills needed are good math aptitude, mechanically inclined, hand-eye coordination and to be detail-oriented.
  • A person must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on quality and be committed to excellence.

Machining Technician CNC MACHINING

Job Description & Duties

  • As a CNC machining technician, you will work in our climate-controlled, state-of-the-art manufacturing environment where you will run, set up, and adjust machines that include: Okuma & Mori-Seiki CNC lathes, Brother, and Mori-Seiki Horizontal Machining Centers.
  • You will need to have blueprint reading skills, some set-up experience, knowledge of cutting tools, and G-code & M-code programming skills a plus.
  • Experience with micrometers, calipers, bore, height, pin, and plug gages are a must.
  • We have 3 & 4 axis machines. Must run multiple machines and have good basic math skills.
  • Good multi-tasking skills.
  • Set up experience in addition to experience with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls. Gages, micrometers, and calipers.

Machining Technician – MOLD / TOOL MAKER

Job Description & Duties

  • We are looking for candidates who have experience in the manufacture and repair of wax injection molds, jigs, fixtures and custom machined components, construction, maintenance, and modification of wax pattern tooling, operational knowledge of all manual tool room equipment required, CNC experience advantageous, but not required, minimum four years experience as a Mold Maker, or Tool & Die Journeyman License is not required but highly encouraged. High-speed aluminum 5-axis machines.

Maintenance Technician

Job Description & Duties

  • Candidates must have all-around technical knowledge of electro-mechanical maintenance activities
  • Must have experience in electrical (480v-3 phase to control voltage, dc, electrical schematics, servo drives), mechanical (Alignments, gearbox rebuilds, belt replacement and tensioning), hydraulic / Pneumatic system repairs (Rebuild pumps/cylinders, piping, running tube and pipe, making hoses), PLC (A/B SLC 500/5000, RS Logics, ladder diagrams, CompacLogix, Device Net), robotic (PM’s, homing, mastering, teach pendant), welding (MIG, tig, stick, plasma, cutting torch), fabrication (mill, lathe, ability to read prints), other (sweat copper, run pipe threader), and safety (LO/TO, fall protection, forklift operation, hot work, arc flash protection)
