Silvertip Restaurant

Responsibilities:

Serve customers at carnival food stands specializing in fast service and carry-out food (e.g., BBQ, Funnel Cakes, Curly Fries, Cotton Candy).
Prepare food and beverages, following safety and sanitation procedures.
Set up, stock, clean, and tear down food booths.
Operate food concessions and provide customer service.
Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 20 lbs, walking, and moving items.
Work outdoor events in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.).
Flexibility in hours, locations, and tasks based on event schedules.
Work schedule typically includes evening shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), with possible weekend/holiday work.
Must have cooking experience
Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license (VDL)

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older (due to state labor laws).
Proof of legal right to work in the U.S.
Must work in a drug/alcohol/tobacco-free environment.
Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks (up to 20 lbs).
No formal education requirement; on-the-job training provided.
Willingness to work flexible hours and in varying outdoor conditions.
Potential for random drug/alcohol testing during employment.
Client will conduct interviews.
The company provides personalized trailer accommodations (trailers include kitchens and bathrooms).
Candidates will receive one meal per day from the client Just for the restaurant.
No drug test required.
Client has agreed to send us photos of the trailers.
