Boiler Clave:

To learn the basic operation of the Boiler Clave unit
To load/remove/clean Shell hangers once cycle is completed
To load and unload Shell molds in the unit once cycle is completed
To maintain the work area clean and neat as possible
To be able to perform daily minor prevented maintenance on the Boiler Clave unit
To remove product from carts to storage area
To maintain the work area clean and neat as possible

Flash Fire:

To learn the basic operation of the Flash Fire unit
To lift, load and unload product once cycle is completed by wearing Kevlar equipment when the temperature of the product exceeds ambient temperature (hot)
To maintain the work area clean and neat as possible

Prepping:

To learn the basic techniques of preparing molds, applying mudding material to mold fractures as well as repairs, blowing the internal components of the product to remove unwanted debris and shell dust.
To lift and remove product and place in staging area
To maintain the work area clean and neat as possible

Foundry:

To learn the basic operation of the Foundry
Wearing proper safety Kevlar fire proof equipment
Charging the tilts with revert and other alloys
To load and unload product in foundry ovens
To learn how to patch product in case of a leak or breakage
To learn the basic operations of the pressure pots
To maintain the work area clean and neat as possible

Handwash booth:

To learn the basic operation of removing all shell material by unitizing a high-water pressure wand nozzle, exceeding 5000psi at times
To be able to load and unload molds into the washout booth cabinets by using a lift hoist or a body system based on the weight of the mold
To learn how to empty the trays below the washout booths every so often when filled with shell material
Able to clean small drainage trench near the washout booths
To maintain the work area as clean and neat as possible

Washout Robot:

To learn the basic operation of the washout robot unit, must wear a hardhat when operating this unit
To load and unload product on the robot once the wash cycle has been completed
To clean the robot area at the end of the shift by shoveling the shell material off the floor and all the surrounded areas including the drainage trench
To maintain the work area clean and neat as possible

Loading Conveyer /Recut :

To learn the basic operation of loading the Washout Robot conveyer by loading product using a hoist lift
To ensure the orientation of the product on the conveyer is accurate and precise.
To learn how to recut excess material by wearing a face shield, using a circular hand saw and or electric hand saw
To maintain the work area clean and neat as possible

Bandsaws:

To learn the complete operation and techniques of the bandsaws
To learn minor maintenance and adjustment to these units

Flexibility and accountability for conducting various tasks
Able to wear a safety face shield when the application requires, safety steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, high-resistance high water pressure gloves and long sleeves waterproof gloves, hard hat when the application requires
Able to work in a wet process area
Able to tolerate high temperatures in the work environment
Provide assistance to other team members by delivering materials, equipment, tools, etc. to complete projects on time
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to stand for up to 8 hours
Able to speak and read basic English
Able to follow verbal and written instructions
